Junior Academy - Program

Tennis

 

Program for juniors at the age of 10 to 18 years   .
Individual training program at 2-5         afternoons per week for 4-5 hours per day.
Development to a complete player    

State of the art individual technical, tactical and mental education training to build an complete athlete 

Physical fitness training for 2 hours per day (speed & agility, coordination, strength, endurance & power, injury prevention).

Conditioning  training for more than 2 hours per day 
Care and control by a physiotherapist
Year-round tournament program

Graduation at secondary school         

Graduation at high school—no classes in the afternoon
